After you connect your HRWorks account, Expiration Reminder imports your active employees and keeps them current on a recurring sync. HRWorks remains the source of truth for employee data, while your compliance items, documents, and reminder settings live in Expiration Reminder.
You decide which employees to bring in—everyone, or a subset filtered by department or location. From there, you attach the documents and requirements you need to track to each person and set their expiration dates. Expiration Reminder handles the reminders so the right people are notified well before a deadline.

Connecting HRWorks takes just a few minutes. In Expiration Reminder, go to Settings > Integrations, find HRWorks, and authorize the connection with your HRWorks administrator account. Choose which employees to import and run your first sync. From that point on, your employee data stays current and you can never miss a deadline again.
